All the Biga feed mixers available af CFS in Auburn are equipped with unique Peecon Double Action augers. These augers ensure fast and homogeneous mixing, so that any livestock can be provided with precise and homogeneously mixed rations. Peecon also offers modified augers for special products and rations.

Our range of Biga feed mixers is divided into the standard models (“Generation III” models) and the Future models. The Future models have a special tub design and a whole package of extra features. The patented Future mixing tub provides additional protection against boiling over, especially in the case of dry rations. And thanks to its unique shape, it has extra robustness and stability. Furthermore, the Future models are equipped as standard with an electronic weighing system that can be used with feed management software. The adjustable discharge chutes are made with stainless steel for even better delivery of the feed. The extra thick augers are made from high-tensile steel and have an extra discharge unit for an even flow of rations during unloading. The Future design features are available with all the “Generation III” Biga models.

Our range consists of feed mixers with 1 auger (Eco), 2 augers (Twin), 3 augers (Mammoet) and 4 augers (Mega Mammoet). The Plus models are fitted with a discharge belt, which can be placed at the front or the back of the machine. The Wide Body models have side walls that slope outwards at an angle of 2.5° or 5°; this way, the width at the bottom and the height of the machine are the same, but the volume is increased.

The vertical tillage industry does no yet know what the maximum gallons per acre will be in wet soil conditions. Wet soil tends to have a plastic characteristic. This condition creates minimal cavity size plus wet soil does not soak up excess liquid.

To get a better perspective of the liquid volume, imagine a circle of liquid 3.8" in diameter will be created in the direction of travel at a 10,000 GPA rate. At 5,000 GPA the circle of liquid is 2.7" in diameter. Now it is possible to inject up to 15,000 gallons or more per acre in any soil condition using Rotary Injection for lower gallons per acre and easily convert to Sweep Injection for wet or compacted soil conditions that limit gallons per acre.

The AFI pump is a high-pressure chopper pump available from CFS in Auburn that can be mounted on a tractor or connected to a direct power source. Vanadium and manganese alloy chopper blades chop the slurry prior to pumping, allowing for fuel-efficient, block free operation. An oil cooling system keeps the gearbox cool even in heavy and prolonged conditions resulting in the most efficient, low maintenance agricultural pressure pump on the market.

Doda manufactures a variety of propeller mixers for the most challenging applications. The unique self-cleaning propeller on the manure agitators offered by CFS in Auburn is designed for where the treated mass must be kept in a homogeneous state without dispersing the characteristic gasses used for biogas.

Redesigned to provide improved air flow through all motor frames keeping low operational temperatures and assuring reliability and extended lifetime. The aerodynamic design of the fan cover increases effective airflow, thus minimizing losses due to the recirculation of air between fan and fan cover.
